Christmas is a time of reflection for all. We will be closing our doors for the year today (Dec 22nd) at 14:00pm and after a non-stop 6 months since those same doors opened we will be able to take a step back and reflect on what we have achieved as a business. With a clear plan in place and plenty of drive and determination it promises to be a hugely productive and hopefully prosperous new year.
There have been many highs and the occasional low so far but for the most part it has been an upward spiral as our reputation and client base grows and we hope this is a trend that continues leading into many more Christmases to come. Romans was established with the purpose of servicing the luxury property market and we are delighted to have secured listings of this nature over some of our more established counterparts in what is a highly competitive area.
We will continue to engage, social media is an extremely powerful tool whether you’re building relationships with existing clients, prospecting for new ones or simply promoting your business, it is a real passion of ours and we will look to continue and enhance our online campaigns and charitable work within our local community. So far, we have raised money for the Seaview Project whom we will continue to support and have even given away an amazing stay at The Ritz to one lucky couple.
We will continue to innovate, whilst there is a great deal to be said for traditional business values and relationships if our business is to truly thrive we will need to move with the times and that means staying on trend and up to date with available technologies. Romans regularly utilises 3D property tours and cutting-edge analytics, so we can gage buyer’s responses to our listings and adjust them sooner rather than later if needs be. We have adopted the mantra “old ways don’t open new doors” and its true that in this digital age if you aren’t moving forward you are falling behind.
We will continue to invest, staff training, and development is imperative to enable us to provide the best possible service to our clients. Time is a precious commodity and we will invest it wisely in our staff, partners, marketing and most importantly our clients, enhancing our channels of communication and the quality of information we are able to provide across all areas. We invest in advertising on all 3 major property portals, Rightmove, Zoopla & PrimeLocation and our Hastings HQ has a monthly footfall of over 600,000 people meaning we are committed to showcasing our properties in the largest possible shop window in more than just a literal sense.
Far from giving away our business model this is more of a statement of intent and is a continuation of all the hard work and practices that has gone on behind the scenes thus far. All successful businesses will already be engaging, innovating and investing and we are committed to building our business and reputation through dedication, integrity and quality of service.
